JPT Solutions was formed in 2003 with the aim of providing high quality IT support service to the small to medium business market. After looking at the market we were able to quickly identify a gap where the SME market could not afford to compete with the larger organisations due to cost constraints. This area became the focus of our entire business model making it affordable for all sizes of business model to get outstanding IT support.

Following a number of years experience in the industry we have begun the move to fully managed services as we truly believe that this method of service delivery provides our best level of service yet at the most affordable cost to date.
